Directors Of Ministry.

LCC is committed to developing strong leadership with our Directors of Ministry.  We meet regularly for "Leadership Togetherness" (LT) to spend time in the Word and prayer, evaluate our ministries, and dream BIG for Jesus.  Our aim is to "encourage one another and build each other up" (1 Thess. 5:11) for the work of ministry.
